Where did June go? It seems like it was just April. I have had lots of company this last month and there are lots of pictures but I will do them in installments so you won't be overwhelmed. These first pictures were actually in April but because we made another trip up to this beautiful place,( CubRiver at Willow flats), I thought I would show you the difference a month makes. You can see that there is still snow here in May, and there are very little leaves showing.
The moss is starting to form, cute pic, Caitlin.
See the leaves are just forming. Cute pic of you as well Jocelyn.
This river never tires me and this hike to the top of the river is one of my very favorites.
Most of the green in May is the moss.
This was Jocelyn's first trip up the river.
Because the snow had melted most of the way we could see all of the garbage left behind from last year, when the summer comes the foliage is so thick you cant see this garbage, but it still makes e sad that people leave it behind, in such a beautiful place. So we cleaned it up.
The bridge.
Then the first part of June we got some special visitors that stayed for a couple of weeks. I never did get this picture printed off for Livy to put in her folder, she wanted a picture of me and her to save in her folder. I will have to take it with me when I go to visit in August.
Sofia.
I see this poppy field every time I go to work and knew I wanted a picture here so the Bassett's were kind enough to be my models.

Jaedon.
We visited the Cannon's and went to one of Carson's baseball games.
He's a good little pitcher, and I love the determined look on his face.
He has a nice bat as well.
GOOOO!!!
Here is the start of this little baseball player. He loves balls and bats, and has a wicked arm!
Love you Jack.
Here is our trip up to the top of CubRiver in June, can you see the difference in the greenery?
They all loved it, even the little ones.
The bridges were a little scary.
but not to these, Yahoo's.
Can never get a serious picture from this bunch.
See what I mean.
the trail goes right along the river and I have said this before, you feel like you are somewhere tropical.
Trevor loved it and was so excited to go.
great pose.
I used a longer aperture on this picture and even though I didn't have a tripod it turned out kind of cool.
They could have played here all day.
Isaac....
I love how these ferns even grow out of the side of the cliffs.
Livy.
Back down the trail.
Are you coming Grandma?
Love the looks on these boys faces.
Especially this one.
It was a great start of summer!!!
