The results are in...

We are pregnant!! All right I'm just kidding. That was an early April Fool's joke. No, the results are that we still have a BIG girl. She had her 6 month appt. today and she was 22 lbs. and 28 1/2 inches long. We sure grow 'em big!!

Our Easter Celebration

Here Kace is coloring Easter eggs. He was so excited to do this and wanted ALL the eggs to be HIS! Ty was throwing a fit so I took his picture.......don't worry he stopped the tantrum for just a second and then we decided it was time for a nap!
After his nap he was invigorated and ready to play with the eggs, which by then were all colored!
I put some more of the things including how the festive Tremonton Easter egg hunt went on our blog so go and read it! Oh, and Kace thought that Carson and Layne would be there (to the egg hunt) because it was an Easter Egg Hunt. I don't know why he thought that, but he was sure they would drive to Tremonton for it!

Middle of March and we still have snow!

This last week we have had a lot of fun activities and since the Cannon boys do not have snow we decided they better go sledding. After getting everyone dressed, that was a day in itself, we went out on the hill by our house and went down the hill. Carson and Kace tried the little snowboard but decided it was safer to stick with the sleds. The little boys got snow in their boots and snow on their hands and decided they had had enough. They then wanted to get in the hot tub so they quickly changed well most of us quickly changed, Kace didn't bring his swimsuit so we were trying to think what he could wear. I made him some shorts and he was good to go. Tydon wasn't sure about getting into the tub with all those people but once he got in he thought it was great. We double dog dared the older boys to jump in the snow and then run back to the hot tub, all 3 of the older boys took the double dog dare. Then when the little boys got out Kace, Carson and Layne thought they would try surfing so they got the sleds in the hot tub and turned on the jets and were riding the waves. I took a picture of their hands because they stayed in about 3 hours and their hands looked worse than Grandma's. This morning we went out again because it was snowing and the Cannon boys wanted one more try at sledding and into the hot tub again, they didn't think we could get in because it was snowing and I told them , No that's when it is the funnest! We had a great time and we tried the surfing thing again, I don't think my skin has got the water wrinkles out yet.

Pillow Snatcher!

Last night we, or Jon, had a run in with a pillow snatcher. I woke up at one point and Jon was laying on his belly and had his pillow covering half his head and shoulder. I wondered what he was doing, but then fell back asleep. Well, at 2:30am Little Miss Livy decided to wake up, so Jon got up out of bed and was going to go and get her, but I told him to just wait and see if she falls back asleep. When he came back he was looking around on the floor, and said that he can't find his pillow. I then looked over and sure enough, no pillow. He then just grabbed the decorative pillow and used that. Well, we layed there for quite awhile and Livy didn't fall back asleep so I decided to go and get her and feed her. Before I got her though, I looked around in the room to see if I could see the pillow and if Jon was just not looking very hard enough. I couldn't see anything and considering Jon's record of doing some weird stuff in his sleep, I then looked in the closet, and bathroom. No pillow. But when I got Livy out of her crib, Jon then looked in the bathroom and then walked down the hall into the living room. He soon came back, with pillow in hand, and we just both smiled at each other. I asked him where it was and he said on the couch. We just both chuckled and off to bed Jon went.

While we were in Provo we stopped by the old house. Nate, Ryan and Rainee were remembering how things used to be, where they used to be ...........and how Nate and his dog Oggie used to escape over the picket fence. So here is a picture of the fence that he used to climb over about 29 years ago (man he is OLD! :) )

"Rockband",Hide and Seek, and Birthday!

On Sunday it was Mary's birthday and we went to her and Isaac's house to celebrate. Mary's brother had given her the game "Rockband" and we had fun playing that in their media room with their projection system. It filled the whole room so you really had the rock band experience. We had some great food and then played hide and seek with Kace and Tydon or rather Mary and Isaac played hide and seek and we watched. We also played Clue! Alex came with her friend Sterling and it was fun to meet and talk with him. Caitlin, Rachel, Nate, Mary's brother, Kirk, Tydon, Kace, Dad and I all had a great time! We will have to do this again because it was really FUN!!!
